- 1/2 c butter
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp nutmeg
- 3 1/2 c flour
- Cream the butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla and blend well into the sugar mixture.
- Shape into 2 rolls on foil or wax paper.
- Chill 1 hour then cut into very thin slices.
- Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes (depends on thickness of slices).
