- 1/2 lb vanilla waffers
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1/2 c light corn syrup (Karo)
- 1/4 c bourbon
- 1 c chopped pecans
- Crumble vanilla waffers. Add sugar, Karo, bourbon, and pecans.
- Coat hands with sugar and roll into 1 inch balls and roll in the sugar.
- Let dry at least an hour and roll again in the sugar.
