- head of cauliflower, florets broken apart
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1 c cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c parmesan cheese
- 1/4 goat cheese
- salt and pepper
- dash of cayenne pepper
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Put cauliflower florets in an ovenware dish.
- Coat the top with the cream. Add the cheddar and parmesan, salt, pepper and cayenne.
- Toss together to combine.
- Top with crumble/chunk of goat cheese
- Bake for 30 minutes.
