INGREDIENTS
| 2 | pounds ground pork |
| 1/2 | tablespoon sea salt |
| 1 | tablespoon caraway seeds |
| 1 | tablespoon black pepper |
| 1/4 | cup chopped fresh parsley |
| 1 | tablespoon grainy mustard |
INSTRUCTIONS
| 1. | Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients together until well blended and form into meatballs. |
| 2. | Place meatballs on baking sheet and bake 15 mins. |
