- 1 c sugar
- 4 tblspn baking cocoa
- 4 tblsp flour or 2 tblsp cornstarch
- 2 c milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Mix everything except the milk in a sauce pan over medium to low heat.
- Add milk gradually while stirring.
- Continue stirring until thickened (should be runny but coats the spoon).
- Remove from heat and add vanilla.
