| 6 | apples, peeled, cored and sliced (I used an apple corer) |
| 2 to 3 | tbsp ground cinnamon |
INSTRUCTIONS
| 1. | Preheat oven to 350. |
| 2. | Toss apples and cinnamon and put in an 8x8 pyrex baking dish. |
| 3. | Bake for about 1 1/2 hours until apples and easily smashed. |
| 4. | Smash with a potato masher for chunky sauce. |
