Mango Salsa

Easy Peasy!!! Goes great with Mexican-type spiced dishes, or just on top of greek yogurt for breakfast.






Put these things in a bowl and stir:
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tsp agave nectar (or raw honey)
Best if you let it sit for at least an hour before eating but it's pretty good immediately too.
