Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 3/4 c butter, melted
- 1 tsp almond extract
- pinch of salt
- 1/8 c slivered almonds
- sprinkle of sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Mix all ingredients in bowl.
- Line skillet in aluminium. Pour in mixture and sprinkle almonds and sugar on top. Fold foil over the top to cover.
- Bake for 45 minutes and then uncover and bake about 15 minutes more until golden brown.
